XSPCT™️ wins Product of the Year award at ATC 2026

Each year, a committee of end-users selects the ATC Product of the Year. This year, the award goes to JP3 and the XSPCT™️ Digital Analyzer. Congratulations to the whole JP3 team.
The XSPCT is a real-time NIR spectroscopy analyzer built for upstream oil and gas. It measures hydrocarbon composition and fluid properties directly in the process stream with no sample conditioning, no calibration gas, and no consumables. Gas or liquid, wellhead or pipeline, it delivers results every 15 seconds in a Class I Div. 1 explosion proof package rated to 1,750 psig.
What sets the XSPCT apart from earlier designs is the engineering underneath. An internal methane reference cell, automatic optical alignment, and four spectral calibrations running every scan give it the spectrum repeatability needed for model transfer between units. That matters practically: it reduces the chemometric modeling burden and makes deployment at unmanned or remote sites far more viable.
